"Jim has been my State farm agent since I moved to Maryland in 2005. He has been very supportive throughout the years and is now also my Hubby's agent after his previous agent retired. I had an big accident with my 7 month old in the back in 2012. The car flipped and spun before coming to a complete stop after hitting a guard rail. We both came out unscathed, but only after an ambulance ride, x-rays, anesthesia for my 7 month old and a pediatric MRI to check her spine. The car was totaled. This was the Tuesday before thanksgiving. I have a check for anew car seat and a settlement of over $10k for my CR-V in my account by the next week and was able to purchase my New Pilot on December 2nd with $10k down. I was treated as a priority and everything was handled timely and professionally. I have recently decided to take a HELOC out for home improvement. Jim has been very helpful getting all the declaration statements to me and updated is a timely manner even thru the COVID-19 crisis. I highly recommend Jim , his team and State farm."

"After 40 years of being customers Jim did not update my parents insurance, despite being notified of the new car within 14 days, as the policy stipulates, and let them take the hit for $500 plus dollars worth of fines. He took no accountability for the situation and despite having a note on his "notepad" that the call/request occurred, he will not take responsibility. This type of customer service and loyalty after 40 years of being a customer is a joke. On top of that, he was rude and flippant regarding the whole situation when we spoke. Stay away"
